Michelle Sloan is an educational consultant with over 25 years in education as an elementary educator and principal. As founder of Sloan Leadership Solutions, Michelle works with school leaders across public, private, and charter schools internationally. She provides coaching and mentorship to new principals, helping them succeed from day one. She also partners with existing schools to develop strategic plans, realign mission and vision, and get back on track toward excellence. Michelle delivers transformational professional development through collaborative cohorts.
